Encore Nightclub Promoter in Las Vegas: XS and EBC at Night

An Encore promoter connects you with the clubs at Encore Las Vegas before your night out. In practice, that means three things:

1. Guest list. I add your group to the free guest list (can change on holiday weekends and special events) for the night you pick, then text you a confirmation with the details for your entry.
2. VIP tables and bottle service. I find the sections open on your date at XS or EBC at Night, send you the minimum for each, and book the one that fits your group and budget.
3. One text thread. Your date, your group, your guest list spot and your table options all stay in one conversation with one person. If plans change, you text the same number.

A promoter isn't the same as the venue's VIP host. I handle the planning and the booking. If you book a table, the venue's VIP host takes care of your reservation on the night itself and confirms the details for it.

Vick's take: most groups only need the guest list. If your night is a birthday or a bachelorette on a big headliner night, or you want a guaranteed place to sit, book a table. General admission at Wynn's clubs is standing room only.

The guest list at EBC at Night is free for guys and girls by default (can change on holiday weekends and special events). If your night has different terms, you'll get them by text before you go, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Here's what the guest list does and doesn't do:

• It gets you in free (can change on holiday weekends and special events). That's the point of it, for guys and girls.
• It isn't VIP entry. Guest list guests wait in the guest list line. Only a VIP table gets entry through the VIP entrance.
• It isn't a guarantee. Entry still depends on capacity, the dress code and the venue's discretion.
• Your confirmation text is the source of truth. Details change by event, so follow your confirmation over any general advice, including this page.

A table is the only way to get reserved space at XS or EBC at Night. Per Wynn, bottle service gives your group VIP entry through a designated entrance, a reserved seating area away from the crowd, and a dedicated server for the night.

What a table costs: minimums vary by night, DJ and section; text for a quote. Wynn sets a minimum spend for each section, and the number of guests allowed in with the table depends on the section too. What Wynn adds and how payment works (from Wynn Nightlife's FAQ):

• Fees: 8.375% tax, a 15% venue fee and 15% gratuity are applied to all bookings.
• Deposit: Wynn takes a 20% deposit by credit card. The deposit can be refunded at the venue and the full balance paid in cash inside.
• Cancellations: fully refundable minus a $10 processing fee with at least 96 hours' notice. With less notice, the deposit is forfeited.
• Booking for someone else: allowed, but the cardholder and their valid ID have to be there on the night with the card used for the deposit.

Booking your table with me also gets you:

• Better placement. Your reservation is noted so you're placed in the best possible location.
• Free upgrades. If an upgrade opens up on your date, it goes to you at no charge.
• Celebration setup. VIP signs or bottle presentations are set up for you at no charge.

XS is the nightclub at Encore Las Vegas. Wynn describes it as "an elegant and intimate environment," with lavish indoor seating, signature cocktails and bottle service. You reach XS via the Encore Esplanade.

XS is reopening after a renovation; text to check which nights are open. When it's running, Wynn says XS is typically open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and that scheduling can vary.

EBC at Night, short for Encore Beach Club at Night, is the nighttime party at Encore Las Vegas. Wynn says it's typically open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and that scheduling can vary. The dress code can vary by event (see the dress code section). There's no food for sale at EBC at Night.

Wynn strictly enforces the dress code, and management has the final say. It applies to everyone, including table guests.

• XS: business casual. Dressy jeans and well-kept sneakers are fine.
• EBC at Night: business casual at most events; the dress code can vary by event, so text to confirm.
• Never allowed at either: torn, cut-off, baggy or stained clothing, offensive prints, tank tops, chains, robes or towels as clothing, athletic wear (gym shorts, sweatpants, hats and similar), clothing with rivets, hooks or studs, and work boots. XS also doesn't allow sandals.

ID and bags: everyone must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Copies, paper and photos of IDs aren't accepted, and visitors from outside the U.S. need a valid passport or Global Entry card. Every guest and every bag is searched at entry. Outside food and drinks (including water bottles), eye drops, medications, supplements, cameras and GoPros, selfie sticks, cologne and perfume, and party props aren't allowed in. Watches are fine.

2. Get your options. For the guest list, you'll get the terms for that night. For a table, you'll get the sections open on your date with the minimum for each.
3. Get confirmed. You'll get a confirmation text with the details for your entry.
4. Dress the part. Follow the dress code and come as one group.
5. Show the host. Check in with the details from your confirmation text. Table guests use the VIP entrance and meet their VIP host.
